Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times are:

Major Cities: 2-4 business days

Regional Areas: 3-5 business days

Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Once order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking number via email and/or SMS for you to monitor delivery.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear pictures of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
